Footnote:	The definition of a still birth changed on 1/10/92 and now includes loss of foetus after 24 weeks of pregnancy.
	The bracketed figure is the number of stillbirths that would have resulted using the old definition of a stillbirth, i.e. loss of foetus after 28 weeks of pregnancy.
	Birth rates have been recalculated back to 1992 based on 2001 revisions of mid year estimates.
